It’s important to still stay safe during this time. Thats why I created new guidelines keeping us all safe. I am so happy to be able to capture your sessions again. It’s not to late to book your future session!
When Should You Book
Booking your maternity session at least 4 months before your due date is one of the best ways to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 28 and 34 weeks. During this window, your bump is beautifully round, but you’re still comfortable enough to move around and enjoy the session.
Photographers often book out months in advance, especially during busy seasons. By securing your spot early, you’ll have more flexibility with scheduling and location options. You’ll also avoid the disappointment of missing out on your preferred photographer.
Planning ahead also gives us time to customize your session. Whether you want a flowing dress, a soft studio setting, or golden hour light outdoors, having that extra time lets us create something truly special. It also gives you time to plan outfits, arrange hair and makeup if desired, and feel prepared.
If you’re booking a newborn session too, we can bundle and plan both experiences together. That way, everything is set before baby arrives.
Maternity photos are a beautiful way to celebrate this season of growth and anticipation. Booking in advance ensures the process is relaxed, thoughtful, and perfectly timed to capture your glow.
