Virtual Bachelorette Party #susyphotobride

That’s right! I hosted my very first Virtual Bachelorette Party. (watch video here) In honor of all my 2020 Brides who were impacted by COVID-19. When you become a #susyphotobride you become apart of a community that loves & supports you.

Since COVID-19, I have had virtual Zooms with my brides. They even participated in a TicTok as we toasted & passed the glass to one another. You should  definitely check out that video if you haven’t already.

The idea of this Bachelorette Party came to me during one of our chats. It was important to me that my brides felt special. They are going through so much already and I needed to put a smile on their face. So, it just dawned on me that we should do a VIRTUAL party!

Planning this Virtual Party for my brides was so much fun. I was even able to get my Matron of Honor to help me. Which was a blessing because we just bought a new home and things have already been crazy!

Now I know you are wondering about all the small details and the process. So I hope that I can answer all your questions!

What was inside the brides bags?

  • 6 Mini Wine Bottles (We had 4 different wines we used & had extra to toss in the bags for extra!)
  • A wine glass with that said “#SusyPhotoBride”
  • A bride sash
  • Candy of course
  • 3 Jello Shots (made by my matron of honor)
  • Decorations for the Zoom chat

What was the timeline of the ZOOM?

  • Wine Tasting
  • Surprise DJ dance off with Mic King Music & Events
  • We played a drinking card game I bought on amazon.
  • We played what is in your purse (Which was fun because I made some new ideas up only because of covid like who has a mask in their purse?)
  • We ended the night with some chit chat and laughter

How did you invite Brides?

I sent out an email with a link to the call and a place to RSVP online. I also posted in my brides group on Facebook. Those that confirmed the RSVP 7 day’s prior were counted in the head count. I know some weren’t sure and some joined last minute and they still had just as much fun!

How did you deliver them?

My Matron of Honor and I blew up the balloons and filled the wine bottles (safety with masks) and packed her big SUV up. We mapped out our drive the night before and placed the bags on each door step. One bride even met us halfway and we exchanged it safely. It was so much fun watching their eyes light up!

Now I sure hope you enjoy a good review because one of my brides sure made me cry tears of joy with this review.
