Kansas City Meet Hudson!

Kansas City meet Hudson! Isn’t he just the sweetest little guy?! He sure has been melting my heart with his perfect little face. It was such a joy to have baby brother in the studio and to meet his older brother Carter. These two sure will be the best of friends as they grow together. I might even add how amazing it is to see two parents love these boys with all their hearts.

Some of my most favorite things about having new clients in the studio is connecting on a personal level. I simply just adore watching families connect. Family bounds are a connection that can’t break and being able to capture moments (including the first moments) is just something so special. So Kansas City meet Hudson over and over!!! <3

What has been your most favorite moment so far as a momma of two?

“Seeing Carter talk to Hudson, and always asking about him and where he is, making sure he has his binkie at all times…Im looking forward to all the memories they will make together!”

How much of a BIG helper is Carter?

“He isn’t a huge help yet 😊 He wants to hold him for a few seconds then says “OK Im done!” He does always ask “where is baby Hudson” and says how cute he is, but not much help lol”

Would you share your birth story or maybe just any story about your journey with the newest member?

“I had a scheduled C Section this time, so not much excitement there. They were expecting him to be a big baby- over 9lb so when he came out at 7lb 11oz everyone was very surprised! The first thing I said was “hes so small!” and all of the nurses were saying how he tricked them. He was smaller than big brother when he was born!”

If you could pick your favorite images of the session which would it be?

“I love the sibling photos, they are my absolute favorite! But I love them all 😊 “

“Would you recommend Susy as a photographer?

“1000x everything was great! I never felt rushed, tons of options, quick photo turn around, couldn’t ask for anything else! I have recommended her already to a few people and Im sure more to come!”
