Alice in Wonderland | First Year Birthday Party

It’s hard to believe that a year has already passed since my daughter Arya was born. Time flies when you’re having fun, and being a mom to two wonderful kids has been a true joy. For Arya’s first birthday, I wanted to create a magical celebration that she would always remember. Inspired by Alice in Wonderland First birthday party, I spent months planning and designing every detail of her party.

A Little DIY

With a bit of creativity and a lot of DIY projects. We transformed a studio in the west bottoms into a whimsical wonderland. Alice in Wonderland First birthday party is the start of many ideas I have planned. Tea cups from the dollar store were modge podged with scrapbooking paper and used for the tea party. My friend Charisma and I made the cake and cookies. Which tasted yummy of course.  Even the costumes were DIY: Arya had blue velvet vintage dress from Europe. I made a lace apron to go around her. The boys wore matching mad hatter hats, and I dressed up as the Queen of Hearts.

The FLU

Unfortunately, some of our guests couldn’t make it due to the flu. But we were grateful to those who joined us. Despite the smaller turnout, the party was a huge success. Arya had a blast playing with her new toys and being the center of attention. It was a day full of love, laughter, and memories that we will always cherish.
